All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling. The price does not include the delivery of the order to the Purchaser, This is an additional cost, automatically added at the checkout unless otherwise stated.

Paeonia Floral provides a secure payment system by utilising the services of PayPal and global payments for all online payments. The security of your information, transactions, and money is very important to us and is a top priority. All confidential information is encrypted.

Delivery

We currently only accept orders and delivery to UK mainland addresses. Paeonia Floral will make every effort to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt. Due to the nature of some of our besoke products, designs and deliveries can take a minimum of 5 working days, these products have information regarding expected delivery times. Should there be any extended delays Paeonia Floral will contact the purchaser. The standard postage and packaging delivery charges listed on the website include a 2 - 5 working day delivery service within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Standard delivery cost is £2.99 per order and is automatically added at the checkout.

Due to the nature of some of our products 24 hour next day delivery is required and is charged at £9.99 per item. This is automatically added to the total at the checkout. Royal Mail will attempt to deliver the parcel or leave it in a safe location, please be advised that we cannot hold responsibility for any issues ocurring due to failed or late deliveries.

We offer a local delivery option priced at £3.95 for a wide range of areas between Leek and Newcastle-under-Lyme, this includes (but not limited to) Barlaston, Basford, Bentilee, Biddulph Moor, Blackshaw Moor, Bottomhouse, Bradwell, Burslem, Butterton, Cheddleton, Chesterton, Cobridge, Consall, Cross Heath, Dresden, Endon, Euturia, Fenton, Ford, Hartshill, Hanley, Ipstones, Joiner Square, Leek, Leekbrook, Lightwood, Longton, May Bank, Middleport, Milton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Penkull, Upper Elkstone, Onecote, Shelton, Stanley, Stockton Brook, Trentham, Trent Vale, Tunstall, Upper Hulme, Westlands, Winkhill, Wolstanton.

If you are unsure if your area qualifies for our local delivery option please contact Paeonia Floral by calling 01538 528153 or 07864838752.

Should the purchaser select the local delivery option for an area that does not qualify, Paeonia Floral will make every effort to contact the purchaser to discuss available options, we regret that if we are unable to get in contact we may have to cancel the order, the purchaser will be notified of this via email and a full refund will be issued.

Your Right To Cancel

You have a right to cancel your entire order by contacting Paeonia Floral before items are dispatched and receive a refund of all charges including delivery payments. We regret that dispatched orders and fresh flower orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may contact us within 14 days to arrange a return, you must then return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and with the original packaging. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. A redelivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange.

Fresh flowers and bespoke items are excluded from our returns policy. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.

Wrong Items

We apologise if a wrong item has been dispatched, we will endeavor to dispatch the correct items as soon as possible. Please use the contact page on our website to get in touch as soon as possible so that we can offer a suitable arrangement.

Damaged Or Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate incidence of the goods arriving damaged, or are found to be faulty, the Purchaser should contact Paeonia Floral within three days of receipt of Goods. Damaged Goods must be returned to Paeonia Floral, 16 - 18 Getliffes Yard, Derby Street, Leek, Staffordshire Moorlands, ST13 6HU, suitably packaged with the original invoice. Paeonia Floral will replace or refund the items concerned.

Fresh Flower Variations

The bouquet images displayed on our retail website are for examples only, due to flower availability, the actual design may vary. The arrangement will always follow the specific theme and be constructed to the relevant cost and size. Please use the contact page to inform us of any specific requests.

Product Variations

Some of the products that we stock are naturally handmade, product colour, texture, shape and sizes may vary slightly from time. Such variation is completely normal due to the natural processes and ingredients used to create the products.
